While at the Overland Expo I came across a fantastic camp kitchen manufactured by Kanz Outdoors. The kitchen was being previewed at the expo and is expected to be shipping soon.

The system consists of two products, The Field Kitchen and the Field Pantry. Both systems are build from quality aluminum panels designed for light weight and durability. The interior and front panels are constructed from Baltic birch plywood. The cases have high quality latches and heavy duty carry handles.

There are two different length legs available so you can customize the work surface height of the system. A number of accessories are available, one of which is a work surface that ties the two systems together as shown in the photos includes here.

The kitchen system has a location to contain the stove as well as a complete array of compartments to hold all the necessary cooking gear. The Pantry has a number of compartments suitable for dry storage of cooking supplies.

Kanz Outdoors is working to get the system certified as bear proof. The system can be order direct from Kanz Outdoors. I hope to be getting a full system this spring and will provide a detailed review.
