Hood Latch Brace

With aftermarket front bumpers and specifically the All Pro Off Road front
bumper some people have been having problems with the replacement hood latch brace breaking the latch. The replacement brace that comes with the All Pro bumper attaches from the latch to the bumper. This ties the latch to the frame with a ridged connection. All other connection points between the body and the frame are rubber bumpers which allow some independent movement. With the ridged connection between the bumper and the latch you can see why problem are starting to show up. To prevent any problems with my FJ I created a new brace that connects to the lower body cross member that runs in front of the radiator. This is a simple fix and took less than 1 hour.
